We want to give a big thank you to all the students who attended the fall term for Tales from Avistrum: Fall from Grace; you are the reason that we do this show, and we hope you enjoyed yourselves!

A full recap of the show ~~will be up soon~~ is up now, but we want to give a shout-out to our Quidditch Cup Champions, Enigmus House, and our back-to-back House Cup Champions, Colubrae House! We hope you’re all eager to join us again next year and defend your titles, and we hope Lobostro and Parador are eager to challenge you.

Fall from Grace – The Trial of Kraven Bloodthorne

While the staff of Avistrum was distracted working at Starfest 2010, Senator Kensington succeeded in having Kraven Bloodthorne‘s trial scheduled for the same weekend. Professor Dowling represented him as his defense counsel. Despite obtaining conclusive proof of Bloodthorne’s innocence, the trial did not go well. View the WNN footage of the trial’s final day below:

Tri-Wizard Champion crowned at Starfest 2010

Congratulations to Tess Meeks, the champion of the Starfest Tri-Wizard tournament 2010! Tess won our final task, Tri-Wizard Jeopardy, after being selected as the Anime champion from among over 20 qualifiers who passed the first two tasks. For her efforts, Tess has won a full-weekend passes to NanDesuKan 2010, Tales from Avistrum: Fall from Grace (including MileHiCon 42), and Starfest 2011. Well done, Tess!

Our Herbology/Divination and Charms/Potions classes were very well-attended, with no empty seats for either class – congratulations to Professors Deserand, Bloodthorne, Kobiyashi and Voertigern for such good work!

Unfortunately, the trial of Kraven Bloodthorne did not go well. We will post later with more details.
