When you return to Avistrum Academy of Sorcery this fall, be prepared for a number of changes. On October 26, the new regime begins. When I take over as your new Headmistress, I will give you a complete education. We will no longer cower in fear of the Dark Arts because Clark Dowling or his masters in the Department of Magic say so. We will embrace them as a useful part of every young witch and wizard's schooling.

My army is in position to take complete control of the Department of Magic. When we do, my dearest ambition is not to make myself Secretary of Magic. It is to take up my place at the greatest school of witchcraft and wizardry in the Americas. With my guidance you will become the most powerful generation of sorcerers the world has ever known. We will re-make this world in our image, carrying on the great works of Salazar Slytherin, Caterina Colubrae, Gellert Grindelwald, and Lord Voldemort. We will lead wizardkind out of the winter of our humiliation and into the spring of a world restored to its rightful order; a world where we take our rightful place as rulers over the Muggles, a place ordained to us by the blood that courses in our veins.
