Avistrum Academy of Sorcery

Are you an artist who loves Avistrum? Show us by entering our art contest, to be judged at StarFest 2007, April 20-22, 2007 at the DTC Marriott (Google Maps, MapQuest).

Finished submissions are due (by email or U.S. Mail) Friday, April 13th. Winners will be announced at StarFest on Sunday afternoon. You do not need to be present to win.

People’s Choice - Pass to Tales from Avistrum at MileHiCon 2007 (MileHiCon admission included).

Please indicate with your submission if you do not wish to be considered for a specific prize. We will substitute a lesser prize if possible.

Contest Rules

• All submissions must be Avistrum related.
• Submissions from children under the age of 13 must include a statement from their parent or legal guardian indicating their permission and acceptance of these rules.
• Winning submissions become the sole property of Avistrum, LLC and will not be returned. All other submissions must be picked up in person by 5 p.m., Sunday, April 22 or they also become the sole property of Avistrum, LLC.
• Mail-in submissions, either finished work or CD, cannot be returned (it is suggested that mail-in submissions be copies).
• Please include your name, address, phone, and email with each submission.
• Multiple submissions are permitted.
• Only original artwork will be accepted. Plagiarists will be subjected to an Unforgivable Curse of the faculty’s discretion, and disqualified.
• Artwork can be in any medium.
• Sage Moon Gift Certificate holders can claim their prizes by going online to SageMoon.com.
• Winners will be notified by email, and prizes will be sent by U.S. Mail unless other arrangements are made.
• Any submission not meetings the requirements will be disqualified.
• Submission of an entry to the contest indicates your acceptance of these rules.
